Two people, one address, no agency layers. We've been doing this since 2019 — quietly, carefully, and mostly by word of mouth.
01 — Story
ReedyFlex started in 2019 as a freelance practice run out of a spare room in Koramangala. The first year was mostly logo work for friends, friends of friends, and a few cafés that trusted the portfolio more than the price tag.
In 2021, we moved into the current studio on 100 Feet Road in Indiranagar. A second designer joined later that year, and the work shifted from one-off logos toward longer engagements — full identity systems, packaging, occasionally a refresh for a brand that had outgrown its original marks.
We've kept the studio deliberately small. Three projects a month, one lead designer on each, no account managers between you and the work. It's a less scalable model, but it's also the only way we know how to make things we're proud of.
Most of our clients come through referrals or repeat engagements. If you're reading this, someone probably sent you here — or you found us through a project of theirs. Either way, welcome.
02 — Founder
Founder & Designer
Trained as a graphic designer at Srishti (Bengaluru), with earlier work at two mid-size agencies before starting ReedyFlex. The studio is a continuation of that work at a smaller, more deliberate scale — the kind of engagement you can give full attention to without delegating the important bits.
Outside the studio, I spend time reading type specimens, walking around Cubbon Park, and generally pretending I'll start the garden this weekend. I write occasionally about design and small-studio life.

03 — Values
Four principles we try to hold to, most of the time. They're not slogans — they're the shortcuts we use when a project decision gets difficult.
A mark that still feels right after three months of use is worth more than one that won a design award on launch day. We optimise for longevity, not virality. Restraint tends to age better than a gimmick.
You work with the same person from the first email to the final files. No account managers translating your intent, no junior team members picking up work halfway. It's slower to scale and better for the work.
Every engagement starts with a written brief and a fixed fee. If scope changes mid-project, we pause, issue a change order, and resume. Nothing is ever snuck onto an invoice at the end. Boring, but fair.
We turn down roughly half of the briefs that reach us — usually because the timeline, budget, or problem aren't a good match for how we work. We'll recommend studios that might be better placed when we can.
