03 — Payment & terms

How payment
works.

01

Deposit to begin

A 50% deposit secures your project slot and kicks off the discovery phase. Work begins once funds are received.

02

Balance on delivery

The remaining 50% is due after concepts are approved and before the final files are released.

Methods accepted

UPI, NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, or a secure Razorpay invoice link. International clients invoiced in USD.

GST & invoicing

18% GST is added to all invoices for Indian clients where applicable. Proper invoices are issued for every payment.

Additional revisions

Each package includes a fixed number of refinement rounds. Additional rounds are billed at ₹2,500 per hour, with an estimate shared in advance and capped at the quoted amount.

Scope additions

If you'd like to add deliverables mid-project, we'll pause, issue a change order with the revised scope and cost, and resume once it's approved in writing.

Rush timelines

We can compress timelines by 30 – 50% on urgent projects, subject to studio capacity. Rush engagements carry a 25% surcharge on the base fee.

04 — Cancellation

Straightforward refund policy.

Design is collaborative and unpredictable — if you need to step away, here's exactly what happens and when.

Full refund policy

Before work begins

Full deposit refund, minus processing fees.

If you cancel before we share any concept work, your deposit is returned in full minus any gateway fees (typically 2%).

After concepts shared

Deposit covers work completed. Non-refundable.

Once we've shown you initial concepts, the deposit is considered payment for the work done. We can pause the project and resume later at no extra charge.

After final files delivered

Project complete. File support for 14 days.

Post-delivery, we fix any technical file issues at no charge for 14 days. After that, support is billed at our hourly rate.

The starting fee covers the scope as listed in the package. Your final quote — issued in writing before kickoff — matches the package fee when the scope is standard. If you need additional deliverables, rush timelines, or licensing for specific regions, the quote reflects that. No surprises, ever.
The standard structure is 50% deposit + 50% on delivery. For projects above ₹50,000, we can structure three instalments (40% / 30% / 30%) tied to project milestones. Ask during discovery.
Yes. Clients outside India are invoiced in USD at equivalent pricing. International bank transfer, Wise, and Razorpay international links are all accepted. GST does not apply to export invoices.
We quote custom engagements for partial scope (for example: only a colour palette + type pairing on top of an existing logo). Custom quotes are typically 60 – 80% of the equivalent package fee.
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final approved design files transfers to you. Preliminary concepts and source working files remain with ReedyFlex Studio. We reserve the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve one pro-bono project slot each year for a non-profit or community-led initiative. For early-stage founders, we occasionally offer 15% deferred pricing when project fit is strong. Both are case-by-case.
