Every Refresh engagement starts with a paid audit (₹7,500, credited in full if you continue). Before committing to the bigger rework, you get a clear written document showing exactly where things stand.

Paid audits are taken seriously — by us and by you. We deliver a proper written document rather than a casual opinion over coffee. If you continue into the rework, the audit fee is credited back in full. If you don't, you still have a document worth showing to another studio or designer.
Yes — that's the point of a refresh rather than a rebrand. We preserve visual equity where it exists (colour associations, logo recognition, naming) and refine only what's materially holding the brand back. Full rebrands require explicit rollout strategy to manage recognition.
Yes, though we'll always audit the full identity first. Changing one element in isolation usually requires revisiting related elements (type pairing, collateral application) — we'll be explicit about these dependencies in the audit.
Carefully. We respect previous designers' work and only comment on the work itself, not the decisions that produced it. We'll happily coordinate handover conversations with your prior studio or designer when useful.
It happens. Sometimes what feels like a brand problem is actually a consistency problem — the identity is fine, but usage has drifted. In those cases, we'll recommend a small guidelines-only engagement (₹12,000) rather than the full rework. Honest audit outputs are the main value here.
Design side: yes. We deliver a rollout timeline and priority order. Execution side (updating printed materials, website implementation, signage re-fabrication): typically handled by your internal team or preferred vendors, with our review at each stage.
